Diet: No More Weight Watchers

I just wasn't using it.  I should have been, but I wasn't.  I get too busy to log in and look up food.

So!  Next step?  I don't really know.  I'm going to continue forward as I have been (because it's been working), but I'm shopping around for new ideas...  Suggestions welcome.


Learning to be Less said...

I follow weight watchers loosely. I am not strict about points because I exercise a lot. I do not journal what I eat because that annoys me. I was thinking of following the Biggest Loser diet plan but you have to count calories and it seems low-carb. Both seem annoying. What else are you considering?
